How to get your Individual Test Results for the Civil Service Exams

Whether you passed or failed the civil service exams, you can get your online test results from the Civil Service Commission! Please take note that even if you passed the civil service exam, the CSC will not mail or email you with the results.

There are two ways you can get or verify your test results:

^ CSC Exam Portal

1. Go to the official CSC website: https://www.csc.gov.ph/.

2. Look for the Examination Results link on the left side of the CSC website. It would look like this:

3. Click on it and this website will open. Just click the close button on the advisory pop-up and click the list of passers on the left.

4. Next you will be asked to enter your surname, choose the type of exam you took, and the region you are from.

5. It will display a list of all the passers in the region with the same surname so you may have to scroll past to get to your name or you can type in your name in the keyword to look it up. If your name is not on the list, then you did not pass.

6. The results will not display your actual score but can only tell if you passed the exam.

^ ONLINE CAREER SERVICE EXAMINATION RESULT GENERATION SYSTEM (OCSERGS)

1. Go to the official CSC website for ONLINE CAREER SERVICE EXAMINATION RESULT GENERATION SYSTEM (OCSERGS): https://erpo.csc.gov.ph/ocsergs/.

2. You have to enter your personal information. Make sure that it is complete and accurate so that you can get your results.

3. After entering your information, don't forget to click the checkbox before clicking submit.

4. The Notice of Rating will be shown which will include whether you passed or not and the actual scores you got. You can print it or wait for the availability of the certification at the local CSC office where you took the exam.
